5-year workmanship warranty on every repair

If any part of our workmanship on a covered repair fails within 5 years of the service date, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Labor and travel included, within our Hampton Roads service area.

7-year warranty on springs we install

Every torsion spring we install is rated for 20,000 open/close cycles, roughly double the builder-grade 10,000-cycle spring that came on most doors. We warranty them for 7 years. If a spring we installed breaks within that window, we replace it at no charge for parts or labor.

Lifetime motor warranty on LiftMaster Elite series openers

LiftMaster's Elite series (8550W and newer) carry a lifetime motor warranty and 5-year parts warranty direct from the manufacturer. Our installation labor is warrantied for 5 years separately.

Manufacturer warranties on new doors

All new garage doors include their manufacturer's warranty:

• Clopay: 3 to 20 years on panels depending on line; lifetime on sections and hardware for most models
• Amarr: Limited lifetime on panels & sections for most insulated models
• C.H.I.: Limited lifetime on panels; 3-year paint and hardware

Seaside adds a 5-year installation warranty to every new-door install, on top of the manufacturer coverage.

What's not covered

• Damage from vehicle impact, storm, flood, fire, or vandalism
• Intentional misuse or modification
• Normal cosmetic wear (paint fading beyond manufacturer spec, minor surface dings)
• Work performed on the door by another contractor after our service
