Stand inside almost any Hampton Roads garage and look at the wall above the door. We photograph the tube label on every TorqueMaster call, because it settles the argument about what is actually up there. Ted's reads, line for line:

Three things came off that label immediately. The door is a 16 by 7, so the conversion needed a full 16 ft torsion tube rather than a short one, which is a real cost difference. The spring is a TM3 series TorqueMaster with a liner and a drive end, so this is the enclosed system and not a torsion door somebody re-skinned. And the tube carries a windload code, which is standard on doors specified for coastal Virginia and worth knowing before anybody starts swapping hardware around on it.
